• All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

• No refunds are provided for completed or partially delivered services.

• Consultation fees and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the agreed timeframe.

• Management reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

2. LLC Formation 

• LLC formation fees are non-refundable once filing work begins.

• Government filing fees are never refundable under any condition.

• Revisions are limited to correcting filing errors caused by us.

• No refunds for application rejection by state authorities.

• Delays caused by government agencies do not qualify for refunds.

3. Sales Tax Filing 

• Sales tax filing services are non-refundable after submission.

• Revisions are allowed only for data entry errors made by our team.

• No refunds for penalties caused by incorrect client information.

• Late submissions due to client delays are not refundable.

• Regulatory changes do not qualify for refunds.

4. Income Tax Filing  Policy

• Income tax filing fees are non-refundable once preparation starts.

• Revisions are limited to clerical errors only.

• No refunds for audits, penalties, or authority actions.

• Client-provided data errors are not eligible for refunds.

• Filing outcomes do not affect refund eligibility.

5. Amazon Account Creation 

• Account creation fees are non-refundable once documents are submitted.

• No refunds for Amazon rejection, suspension, or delays.

• Revisions include resubmission support (if included in the package).

• Policy changes by Amazon are not refundable.

• Approval is not guaranteed under any circumstances.

6. Amazon Wholesale Account Management 

• Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the cycle starts.

• No refunds based on sales performance or account results.

• Revisions include operational optimizations within scope.

• Inventory losses or supplier issues are not refundable.

• Policy violations void refund eligibility.

7. Amazon Product Research

• Product research fees are non-refundable after delivery.

• Revisions are limited to scope-defined adjustments.

• No refunds for market changes or product failure.

• Profit estimates are not guaranteed.

• Final product decisions remain client responsibility.

8. Social Media Marketing (Meta Ads) 

• Ad management fees are non-refundable once campaigns begin.

• Ad spend paid to Meta is never refundable.

• Revisions include creative or audience adjustments within scope.

• No refunds for low ROAS, leads, or sales.

• Algorithm or market changes do not qualify for refunds.

9. Shopify Store Creation

• Store development fees are non-refundable after design approval.

• Revisions are limited to agreed design rounds.

• No refunds for dissatisfaction after final approval.

• Third-party app costs are non-refundable.

• Sales performance does not affect refund eligibility.

10. WordPress Store Creation 

• Development fees are non-refundable once work starts.

• Revisions are limited to the agreed revision count.

• No refunds for plugin, theme, or hosting issues.

• External software limitations are not refundable.

• Client approval confirms project completion.

11. Business Website Development 

• Website development fees are non-refundable after initial delivery.

• Revisions are limited to scope and agreement terms.

• No refunds for design preference changes.

• Hosting, domain, or third-party costs are excluded from refunds.

• Project completion is confirmed upon client approval.

12. Revision Policy (General)

• Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeframe.

• Revisions outside the scope are billed separately.

• Unlimited revisions are not included unless stated in writing.

• Delayed feedback may void revision eligibility.

• Final approval closes the revision window.

13. Service Termination

• ScoutEcomm Solutions reserves the right to terminate services.

• Violations, misuse, or non-payment void refunds and revisions.

• Termination does not entitle the client to refunds.

• Outstanding balances remain payable.

• All delivered work remains our intellectual property until paid.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any service from ScoutEcomm Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Revision Policy in full.
